Indera (also known as Indi) is a graduate of the British School of Osteopathy, London. She continued with a postgraduate diploma in Classical Osteopathy at Maidstone and attends courses at the Sutherland Cranial College. She holds a postgraduate diploma in Women’s Health Osteopathy with the Molinari Institute of Health. She is a lecturer and clinical tutor at the London School of Osteopathy.
Prior to retraining as an osteopath, Indi followed a twenty year career in the NHS as a London based nurse (RGN), midwife (RM) and health visitor (PGDip HV), where she developed a committed belief to the health and wellbeing of all family members from pregnancy through to the elderly.
As an osteopath being highly appreciative of the ability of the human body’s capacity for health and self repair, Indi’s aim is to support and maintain the individual’s return to health with follow up advice.
